HW-61 I2C/IIC serial interface adapter board that lets a 16×2 character LCD be controlled with just 4 wires (VCC, GND, SDA, SCL).
Features:
- Converts parallel LCD1602 interface to simple I2C (2-wire) control
- Onboard potentiometer for contrast adjustment
- Solders directly onto the back of a standard 16×2 LCD module
- Frees up many microcontroller pins compared to parallel LCD wiring
